Broken Window Theory, LLC. is doing business as Atlanta Trading Post. Broken Window Theory, LLC. is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages. We assure you that our packages go out in good shape. Once your order has been picked up by the delivery/carrier and propagated into their system, we are no longer responsible for your shipment. The customer is responsible for shipping in the event the order is returned to us. By placing an order with Broken Window Theory, LLC. you are agreeing to these policies. If your order contains (1) item that is back-ordered, then the rest of the order will NOT ship until all items can be fulfilled.
RETURNS
Our products are MADE TO ORDER. For that reason - Sorry, but we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds; unless in the rare event that you receive the wrong size of a product or the wrong product entirely, or a totally skewed graphic. In that case, please email us at orders@atlantatradingpost.com and we will sort it out.

Shipping Policy
Estimated shipping delivery times:
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
Order Never Arrived
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know within a week of scheduled delivery date.
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at orders@atlantatradingpost.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
Damaged Items
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
Wrong Size
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated in your order. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
